Josh Ryu
futurepreachers.org was founded and is led by Josh Ryu, a youth pastor of Risen Rock Church in Old Westbury, NY.
Josh was born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in Orange County, CA. He was born in a Christian household and professed his love and devotion to Christ. At the age of 16 he received and accepted his call to ministry. Since then Josh has graduated from Cypress High School in Cypress, CA and went on studying Psychology at Queens College in Flushing, NY and received his bachelor’s degree in psychology there. Currently he is attending Drew Theological School where he is pursuing a Masters of Divinity degree.
Currently serving as youth pastor in Risen Rock Church located in Old Westbury, NY, Josh has passion in high school and middle school students and people who have received their call to ministry. He hopes to further assist and grow together with future preachers as they walk their faith journey to becoming a preacher one day.
